If you live or work in any of the Phillips neighborhoods, it's easy to become a member of the Phillips Community Energy Cooperative! Just call Julia at the PCEC at 612.278.7120 and she'll get you registered.

You can also bring Your Membership Fee of $1 and an ID/utility bill showing you live in Phillips to the PCEC offices in the Green Institute's Phillips Eco-Enterprise Center at 2801 21st Ave South, Suite 110. Click here for directions.
